redoing a bradford assay because your reagent didn’t work last week and the dye front is inexplicably YELLOW and the Coomassie didn’t stain the proteins and all you can see is the pre-stained ladder… GROSS.

also, high fructose corn syrup is the breakfast of champions. just kidding, fructose as a substrate for glycolysis bypasses regulation by phosphofructokinase as it is converted to either fructose-1-phosphate, dihydroxyacetone, or glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (depending on where it is and what enzymes are available!).
