you guys, i have so many lab reports to write. it’s sort of ridiculous. i’m ready for the semester to be over, but not for finals. also, carbonyl condensation reactions adaptive, specific immunity & immunization case study about nosocomial MRSA WORK in news that no one in the world will find relevant: i’m the TA for a microbiology professor who just had a baby. so… i’m doing all her subcultures. well, re-culturing every single bacteria stock. anyway, we didn’t have the right liquid media for L. acidophilus and i made that shit from scratch! bromocresol purple is fun to play with. also, let’s hope the media for the Halobacterium worked, because i really have no idea what other liquid media to use for that shit. i have a streak plate on HBA right now, but if this liquid media doesn’t work… ugh. related news, “beef extract” is as disgusting as it sounds.
